Rec NOT For a Dream

My musings these last couple of days have been quite grotesque. I have replayed the last scenes of the spanish horror movie REC in my head over and over again and I find myself liking them more and more.

It's like that tickle or pinch that keeps you from falling asleep, but the opposite in this case. The scenes have summoned an eerie almost cozy feeling of safety.

A voyeuristic feeling, similar to the one you get while watching hurricanes, tsunamis or even violence playing on the TV which makes your sofa or livingroom feel even more safe and tranquil.

The movie over all is quite good. The final scenes are my favorite because of their atmospheric character.
